拖延，百度百科解释是：延长时间，不迅速处理。
从中文意义上我觉得无论主体是人、事、物，都可以从两个方面去区分利用
一是自己拖延，另一个是拖延别人。
故意的拖延: hang up
The housekeeper hangs up the jobs for earning more overtime pay.
不畅的拖延: delay
The housekeeper delays the jobs for power shut down.
计划的拖延: postpone
The house keeper postpones the jobs for fitting that schedule.
